Longo's Flyer This Week

Longo's weekly flyer: the biggest booklet in our Ontario grocery set

With 23 pages for 2026-10-22 to 2026-10-28 and 21 pages the week before, the Longo's flyer is a hefty read, longer than most of the other grocery editions we hold. Both started on a Thursday, so a Thursday-to-Wednesday week is what editions listed on AdsSOS follow. Longo's searchers are specific about place: Google suggests longo's flyer vaughan, longo's flyer york mills, longo's flyer etobicoke and longo's flyer ajax, so expect your own store to be part of the equation. Our Longo's weekly flyer page shows the edition, and the Canada flyer hub lines it up against the rest.

From Broadway Fruit Market to Empire-backed grocer

Wikipedia says Longo's started in 1956, when the brothers Joe, Tommy and Gus Longo opened Broadway Fruit Market at Yonge Street and Castlefield Avenue in Toronto. Today the company is headquartered in Vaughan, with stores concentrated in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, and a smaller format called The Market by Longo's. Ownership changed in March 2021, when Empire Company, parent of Sobeys and FreshCo, agreed to buy 51 percent for $357 million; the Longo family kept 49 percent, and Anthony Longo continued as CEO.

Thank You Rewards: how Longo's points work

Questions about longo's points value and longos points to dollars are about Thank You Rewards. Longo's own FAQ, which we saw in search results, says every $25 spent on groceries earns 10 points. Redemption starts at 2,000 points, which are worth $10, with levels of 4,000 for $20, 6,000 for $30 and 8,000 for $40. Bonus points arrive with purchases of particular products during promotions. The page is undated, so check your balance before planning a big redemption.

• Open the Longo's app and tap the Thank You Rewards icon at the bottom right to show your digital card.
• Add the card to Apple or Google Wallet from your phone, under My Account.
• If points are missing from a receipt, use the Add Missing Points section.

A 2013 launch announcement for the app described a personalized flyer that highlights sale items the shopper has bought before, and says points can be earned by rating past purchases and building lists. It is older than the current app, so treat it as background, not a current feature list.

Longo's delivery after Grocery Gateway

Longo's bought the online grocer Grocery Gateway in 2004 and, per Wikipedia, folded it under the Longo's name in 2021. In July 2023 Empire ended the Longo's and Grocery Gateway delivery service and redirected customers to Sobeys' Voila. Longo's private label products became available through Voila. That history explains why longo's delivery voila now appears next to older phrases like longos delivery by grocery gateway. Each branch keeps its own opening times, and municipal rules or holidays can shift them. For exact times, look at the in-store signage or ask the customer-service desk at your branch.

Longo's hours on Sundays and holidays

Searchers ask longos opening hours sunday, what time does longo's close and longo's hours canada day. For holidays, the Retail Council of Canada lists the Ontario statutory holidays, including Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, and says some municipalities, Toronto among them, have by-laws that allow opening. Call the store before you rely on a holiday plan.

Price match and returns at Longo's

Google suggests does longo's price match and longo's return policy, but mixes in results about car dealerships with the same surname. The conditions for returning or exchanging goods, and for any price-matching promise, are decided by the retailer within the limits of local consumer law. Photograph the receipt and check the conditions before you leave the store. If you shop the flyer against a rival, ask the store.

Who to compare with Longo's

Longo's sits under Canadian supermarkets. Its owner Empire also runs FreshCo, so the FreshCo weekly flyer is an obvious companion. For a different Toronto-area flavour, try the T&T Supermarket flyer this week, and for a budget baseline the No Frills flyer.

Before you head to Longo's, open the current edition and note the validity dates. Mark the pages that matter to you, then check the branch you plan to visit. Stock, ranges and offers can differ between branches, so ask staff if something you saw is missing on the shelf.
