Telkom return policy and your rights

"Telkom return policy" and "telkom 7 day return policy" appear in searches, and the home page says nothing about returns or cooling-off periods. The Consumer Protection Act applies to goods you buy. An EWN explainer quoting consumer journalist Wendy Knowler says Section 56 gives six months to return defective goods, which can matter for a handset that fails early.
