Sleepmasters Catalogue This Week

Sleepmasters specials: a twelve-page catalogue for beds

Sleepmasters does one thing, and the catalogue shows it: beds, base sets and mattresses. The edition on AdsSOS right now is called Sleepmasters Specials and is valid from 15 October to 8 November 2026. It has twelve pages, which makes it a long-running one at about three and a half weeks. Hours and holiday arrangements change with the branch and with municipal rules. For exact times, look at the in-store signage or ask the customer-service desk at your branch. Typical searches here are "sleepmasters catalogue 2026" and "sleepmasters beds specials catalogue", and both end up at the same sort of edition.

Who is behind Sleepmasters?

The Sleepmasters About page calls it a brand of Pepkor Lifestyle, with the legal entity named as Pepkor Trading (Pty) Ltd, and says there are over 250 stores nationwide. Be aware that other pages on the same site may quote a lower store figure, so treat the number as approximate. A BusinessTech report on Pepkor's deal for Shoprite's furniture business describes Pepkor Lifestyle, formerly JD Group, as running more than 900 stores and lists Sleepmasters among its brands next to Bradlows, Rochester and Russells.

That answers a question people actually type, "is sleepmasters part of tfg". Going by the retailer's own wording, no: it points to Pepkor, not TFG. The brands it stocks include Sealy, Restonic, Cloud Nine, Rest Assured, Serta, Edblo and Cozy Nights, plus its own Sleepmasters label.

Because the shop is all about the bedroom, we file it under home and garden catalogues in South Africa. If you are comparing across stores, the South Africa catalogue hub lists every retailer we cover.

Sleepmasters rewards points and credit

The retailer's site describes a Reward Points scheme. Customers earn points on purchases, based on the price paid, and for registering, subscribing to the newsletter for the first time, submitting product reviews and inviting friends. At checkout, if you have enough points, they appear as a payment option and can be mixed with a card or gift card. There may be a minimum balance before you can redeem, and points can expire, with notices in your account history and optional email alerts.

• Credit: people often search "sleepmasters apply for credit" and "sleepmasters account application online".
• Payment apps: shoppers ask whether Sleepmasters uses Payflex or Pay Justnow.

Sleepmasters return policy: read both windows

The returns and refunds page is unusually candid, and also a bit contradictory. One section allows return or exchange within seven days of receipt, while another refers to a fourteen-day cooling period. The page does not say which governs your order, so phone Sleepmasters on 0800 222 888 or email sleepmasters@jdg.co.za before assuming you have a fortnight.

Damaged or faulty goods should be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and the retailer says it will collect them and replace them with the correct items. Refunds go back to the card used; EFT purchases need a copy of your ID and matching proof of banking details. The page again gives two refund timelines, three to seven working days in one place and up to ten in another.

One condition catches buyers out. The 120-Nights Sleep Happy Guarantee on a mattress requires you to buy a Sleepmasters mattress protector as well. Read that before you pay.

None of this overrides the law. An EWN explainer quoting consumer journalist Wendy Knowler states that Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act gives six months to return defective goods, whatever the store's own window. A mattress that sags unusually soon is a defect conversation, not a change-of-mind one.

Sleepmasters trading hours, Sundays and delivery

Searches like "sleepmasters trading hours sunday" and "does sleepmasters open on sunday" are everywhere. Delivery questions, such as "does sleepmasters deliver on weekends", are the same story: the pages we opened did not give a weekend rule, so ask when you order.

More ways to shop for the bedroom

For living-room furniture to match the new bed, Coricraft catalogue this week is another tab to open. AdsSOS holds no prices, so measure your room, note the page number you liked and confirm the offer in store.

Before you head to Sleepmasters, open the current edition and note the validity dates. Mark the pages that matter to you, then check the branch you plan to visit. Stock, ranges and offers can differ between branches, so ask staff if something you saw is missing on the shelf.
