A Massmart announcement dated 2 July 2026 says the six-month campaign was extended until 31 December, with fixed prices on a selected range of products so you can plan a project without watching the shelf tag move. Builders PRO: the trade rebate card

Builders is part of Massmart, which Walmart has owned outright since 2022 according to Wikipedia, having first bought 51% in 2011. Wikipedia lists four formats: Builders Warehouse, Builders Express (the small-format stores), Builders Trade Depot (aimed at construction entrepreneurs) and Builders Superstore. Walmart's South Africa page, as of 31 July 2026, counts 36 Builders Warehouse, 64 Builders Express, 12 Builders Superstore and one Builders Trade Depot, which is 113 Builders stores in the country.
