This week's Festival Foods ad, page by page

Twelve pages. That's what you get in the Festival Foods weekly ad this week, which we list as Festival Foods Weekly Ad (10/21 - 10/27 2026). It begins on Wednesday, October 21 and ends Tuesday, October 27. Festival's own site asks you to pick a store before it shows you its ad, because items and pricing can vary store to store. Its terms say the same: availability and pricing are decided at each store, and the company will honor ads and coupons under their listed terms and dates, while supplies last. A listing error isn't binding. So before you drive across town for one item, look at your store's version.

More weekly ads from other grocers are collected in our supermarket weekly ads section, and the US weekly ads hub lists every retailer.

Festival Rewards: points, welcome offer and the new app

If you've searched "festival foods rewards login" or "festival foods gas rewards," you've probably noticed the program changed. Here's what the official rewards page says today.

Two details matter. The old app stopped working, so you need the new Festival Foods app, and old Gas Rewards accounts did not move over automatically, so you need a new Festival Rewards account. Points don't expire while your account stays active, but the account goes inactive after a year without activity.

The fine print on points

The terms are more detailed than the headline. You can earn points on alcohol but can't redeem them on it. Points can't be earned or redeemed on lottery, money orders, wire transfers or third-party gift cards. They apply only to the balance left after WIC and coupons. Points can't be redeemed at self-checkout or on online orders, and redemption is in 500-point steps. You need a Rewards account to order online for pickup or delivery, and you have to be logged in to earn points on those orders.

Festival Foods hours, alcohol and holidays

Look at the suggestions: "what time does festival foods stop selling alcohol," "festival foods thanksgiving hours," "is festival foods open on labor day." Nobody wants a surprise at the register. Pull up your own store on festfoods.com and check again before a holiday. Hours and holiday arrangements change with the branch and with municipal rules. The notice at the entrance of your branch is the most reliable guide to its current schedule.

Does Festival Foods price match or take returns?

Return, exchange and price-adjustment terms are set by the retailer and by local consumer law, and can differ between stores and between online and in-store purchases. Keep your receipt and ask at the customer-service desk before you buy. The company points customers to Festival Customer Care at 877-784-6469 or help.festfoods.com. Check there if you need an answer in writing.

Who owns Festival Foods?

This is a Wisconsin story. Paul and Jane Skogen opened Skogen's IGA in Onalaska in 1946, and the Skogen family still shows up throughout the company's history. The company's own About page lists 42 locations, all in Wisconsin, and a custom bakery, curbside pickup and delivery among its services. Wikipedia lists De Pere as its headquarters with a support office in Onalaska.

In September 2025 it was announced that The 1939 Group, the holding company behind Schnucks, would buy Festival Foods and Hometown Grocers. News reports say the brand names stay as they are, and Festival operates as a sister company to Schnucks. Wikipedia says its private label is supplied by United Natural Foods.

Wikipedia describes a store offering meat, seafood, deli, catering, a food court, bakery and floral, plus paczki, the filled Polish doughnuts. The chain also sponsors a yearly fireworks show in 18 Wisconsin cities, a Thanksgiving Turkey Trot and the Green Bay Marathon, so you'll often spot its name at local events.
