Carrefour Offers This Week

Carrefour offers this week in the Kingdom

Few retailers in Saudi Arabia release as many separate offer sheets as Carrefour, so the first job is to tell them apart. The listings we hold for Carrefour KSA right now include a 59-page Weekly Offers booklet valid from 7 to 13 October 2026, a three-page Weekend Offers sheet for 8 to 10 October, and a twelve-page Online Exclusive Deals edition dated 8 October. Alongside these sit single-day releases: a Friday Deals sheet for 9 October aimed at Riyadh, the Eastern Province and Al Jawf, and a Monday's Offer for 12 October.

We found no statement from the retailer about a fixed release day, and our own data does not show a reliable weekday pattern for Carrefour, so trust the printed dates rather than a habit. Regional titles matter: a Friday sheet naming Riyadh and the Eastern Province is not a promise for Jeddah or Madinah. You can browse the current Carrefour offers this week page for whichever edition is live.

Who runs Carrefour in Saudi Arabia

Carrefour is a French hypermarket brand, but in the Kingdom it is operated under franchise by Majid Al Futtaim, the Dubai-headquartered group that has held the Carrefour franchise across the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia since a joint venture in 1995, according to its Wikipedia entry. A June 2021 trade report counted 21 Carrefour stores across nine Saudi cities and said the group planned to double its Saudi network by 2025. We could not find a more recent official count, so treat that figure as a dated snapshot rather than today's total.

Searchers often type "carrefour ksa", "carrefour riyadh", "carrefour jeddah" and "carrefour khobar", which tells you where the chain is best known. The earliest Jeddah store we saw documented was Flamingo, opened on 11 September 2013 with an 8,200 square metre sales floor. A July 2022 report covered a new branch in the Al Noor district of Dammam.

myCLUB points and the Carrefour app

The loyalty scheme is called myCLUB. The Dammam opening report says members could redeem points for extra discounts on certain brands and products, which confirms the scheme is active in Saudi Arabia. A third-party coupon site states that every 10 points in an account is worth a SAR 1 discount, redeemable in store and online. We could not confirm that rate on a Carrefour page, and the same site links to the UAE version of the app, so check the Saudi app for the live value before counting on it.

The coupon site also says the Carrefour app exists for iOS, Android and Huawei devices. For shoppers who search "carrefour app for points", the practical advice is to register in the Saudi app, scan or key in your membership at the till, and read the points balance there. Carrefour does not publish, on any page we could open, rules for stacking points on top of advertised leaflet prices, so ask at the customer desk if the combination matters for a large basket.

Returns, delivery and price tags

The third-party page quotes a seven-day return window for online orders, counted from receipt, with the delivery note and accessories required. That lines up with the Ministry of Commerce, which says services sold online fall under the e-commerce system and carry a right to return an unused item and recover its value within seven days of the contract date, with exceptions for accommodation, transport and catering. For in-store purchases we found no Carrefour-specific policy, so keep your receipt.

On free delivery the coupon page contradicts itself: one section mentions orders from SAR 50 and another says above SAR 200 for standard delivery. Confirm the threshold at checkout.

Price tags have a firm rule behind them. The Ministry of Commerce states that the shelf price must already include VAT and must equal the amount on the final invoice. If the till differs, the ministry says a commercial violation report can be filed, and VAT complaints go to the ZATCA consumer call centre on 19993.

Opening hours, Fridays and Ramadan

Common searches include "carrefour opening hours today" and "is carrefour open today". Hours differ by branch and we did not find a single published schedule, so use the store locator in the app or phone the branch. A rule worth knowing: the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing allows 24-hour operation under a permit that covers midnight to 5 am, and Gulf News reported in July 2026 that this restriction does not apply during Ramadan or Eid. Whether a particular Carrefour branch holds such a permit is something only the branch can tell you.

What you will find on the shelves

Carrefour also runs an online channel in the Kingdom; the 2021 report cites a sharp rise in online sales the year before, and Majid Al Futtaim invested in the grocer Wadi in 2018 to support delivery, per Wikipedia. Our flyer titles include online-only editions, which fits that picture.

Compare before you drive across town

Hypermarket shopping in Saudi cities is rarely a one-store job. If you are planning a larger shop, put the Carrefour weekly catalogue next to Lulu hypermarket offers, Hyper Panda promotions and Abdullah AlOthaim Markets offers. For the wider picture, the Saudi hypermarkets hub and the Saudi Arabia weekly offers hub collect every retailer we track. Because we hold no price data, comparisons have to be done by eye on the printed pages.
