Clicks Catalogue This Week

Clicks catalogue specials: three big booklets, one of them 122 pages

Clicks publishes some of the thickest catalogues in this directory. The current Clicks Specials edition runs from 8 to 21 October 2026 and has 47 pages, so it finishes tomorrow. Clicks Summer Beauty runs from 23 September to 21 October 2026 over 50 pages, and the Clicks ClubCard Magazine covers 1 October to 30 November 2026 in a remarkable 122 pages. Editions of the Clicks catalogue listed on AdsSOS usually start on a Thursday, and the main specials booklet follows that rhythm.

It helps to treat the three as different tools. The specials edition is the fortnightly promotional book, the beauty one is seasonal, and the magazine is a reading piece, with health, lifestyle and beauty articles. Anyone searching "clicks catalogue specials this week" will usually want the first.

Clicks ClubCard: how the cashback works

The ClubCard is free to join and sits at the centre of most Clicks savings. The official ClubCard page says you earn 1 point for every R5 spent at Clicks or The Body Shop. Once you have spent R250 in a two-month period, cashback is loaded to your card, and if you reach R1,000 in the same period you start earning double points. The page speaks of more than 10 million members.

Beyond the base scheme, the page lists several layers:

• My ClubCard Deals, loaded in the Clicks app and applied at the till or online;
• ClubCard-only deals for two weeks at month end, in store and online;
• Seniors Club, which members join automatically after 60, with extra cashback on Wednesdays;
• Clicks BabyClub, offering 4 per cent cashback on most baby products for expectant parents and those with children under 36 months, excluding legislated products;
• partner earning, including a stated 10 per cent cashback on a private health insurance premium and 20 points per bill payment or prepaid transaction, excluding traffic fines.

You can also get your card on WhatsApp, and the app shows cashback, points status and repeat scripts. Always check the asterisked conditions on the page, as some rewards exclude product types.

Clicks refund and return policy, in plain words

Clicks publishes a clear policy. You have 30 calendar days from purchase to return an item for an in-store refund, in original unopened packaging and with the original invoice and delivery form. Items marked with a circular arrow icon on your invoice are different: phone the call centre on 0860 254 257 within the same 30 days to arrange courier collection. Damaged or defective products can be replaced, repaired or refunded up to 12 months from purchase at any Clicks store.

The exceptions are worth knowing before you buy. For hygiene reasons, personal grooming items, audio sound equipment, cosmetics, pantyhose and body-piercing jewellery cannot be returned unless defective. Gift cards and airtime cannot be returned or exchanged. Clicks will not accept medicine back for credit or replacement unless it is defective or the wrong medicine was dispensed. The page gives the reason that re-dispensing returned medicine is prohibited. So when people ask "clicks return policy on makeup", the answer is that cosmetics are on the exclusion list.

Clicks opening hours: Sunday and public holidays

Hours differ branch by branch, and each store page asks you to call ahead. Looking at the branch pages that came up, Steeldale in Johannesburg lists Sunday 09:00 to 14:00 and the same on public holidays. Mall of the South lists 09:00 to 17:00 on Sundays and holidays, and until 19:00 on weekdays and Saturdays. Park Station in Braamfontein lists 09:00 to 15:00 on both, while the Rustenburg Thabo Mbeki Road branch is closed on Sundays and public holidays. So the honest answer to "is clicks open on sundays" is: usually yes, but with shorter hours, and not at every branch.

What Clicks is, and who owns it

Clicks is part of Clicks Group, headquartered in Cape Town and founded in 1968, according to the group's own site. As of 31 August 2026 it reports 969 Clicks and UniCare stores in South Africa, 840 pharmacies in South Africa, and brands including Clicks Baby, The Body Shop, Sorbet and the wholesaler UPD, which has five distribution hubs. The group also reported turnover above R50 billion for the year to 31 August 2026.

It is therefore both a health-and-beauty chain and a pharmacy network.

Online ordering, payments and what shoppers ask

The site has delivery address settings and an order tracker, and the app can be used to order medication. Questions such as "does clicks use payflex" and "does clicks deliver same day" are common. Which rewards, app functions and delivery services apply depends on the branch and the area. The retailer's own channels show the current terms for your area.

Where to compare

If you also shop at other health and beauty chains, compare with Dis-Chem catalogue specials, Justine catalogue this week and Avon brochure specials through the health and beauty catalogues in South Africa hub. The South Africa catalogue hub lists everything else.
