• Unwanted items can be returned within 60 days to any Toys R Us or Babies R Us store, in original, factory-sealed packaging and with proof of purchase.
• Defective products have a longer window of up to six months, and the flaw must be a genuine manufacturing or design fault, not misuse.
• Not returnable: e-vouchers and gift cards, used apparel, opened formula and food, and breast pumps, bottles, teats and dummies unless unopened with seals intact.
• Refunds go back to the original method: cash for cash and debit card payments, but a gift card if you paid with a buy-now-pay-later service, and the original card must be present for card refunds.
• Allow 5 to 10 working days for a refund to show.

For remote returns, customer service can arrange a collection for assessment, which can take up to 21 days. A collection fee applies, and a R65 fee is charged if the item is found not to be defective or was misused.
