Spar Offers This Week

Spar Nigeria: who runs the shelves behind the flyer

Spar in Nigeria is a licensed brand, not a stand-alone local chain. According to SPAR International, the licence went to the Artee Group in 2009, and the stores are run by Artee Industries Limited, which also appears on the official sparnigeria.com site. An older trade report from 2010 describes the very first outlet in Lekki, Lagos, operated through Artee's Park 'n' Shop business. So when you flip through an offers booklet, you are looking at the work of a Lagos-based operator that has spent well over a decade building hypermarket-style stores.

How big is it today? The official site speaks of 14 stores across five cities and roughly 50,000 square metres of selling space. A Nairametrics feature published in July 2026 puts Artee at more than 15 hypermarkets and supermarkets, and names Haresh Keswani as founder and group managing director. Those counts differ, so treat them as a range rather than one fixed number. In March 2026 SPAR International announced a new hypermarket at Novare Central Mall in Wuse Zone 5, Abuja: 3,221 square metres, more than 10,000 products, about 150 staff.

Spar catalogue this week: what AdsSOS lists

Here is what we hold right now. The Spar Catalogue edition starting 1 October 2026 is listed as valid 1 to 31 October 2026 and runs to 11 pages. A second listing, the Spar Premium Catalogue, is shown for 1 July to 31 December 2026, also 11 pages. Start and end dates change with each edition; check the validity line on the catalogue you are reading before you plan a shopping trip. The edition page we scanned highlights wine, fruit, chicken, cereal, milk, beer and televisions, which fits the mixed food-and-household range the stores are known for.

Looking for the live offers on the retailer's own side? The Spar Nigeria homepage carries sections called Deals For You and Deals of the week, plus campaign links such as an anniversary promotion. Browse the Spar offers this week page here for the scanned booklet and compare it with whatever the official site shows that day.

Good to know before you shop

People search for spar nigeria opening hours and what time spar opens a lot, which makes sense because a hypermarket in a mall can keep different hours from a stand-alone store. Each branch keeps its own opening times, and municipal rules or holidays can shift them. The notice at the entrance of your branch is the most reliable guide to its current schedule. The honest route is the Store Locator on sparnigeria.com, a call to +234 815 779 4433, or the WhatsApp chat link the site provides. If you plan a Sunday run, confirm the specific branch first.

Spar Nigeria app and rewards: saving beyond the booklet

The official site links a SPAR Rewards app on Google Play and has its own Rewards section. What it does not spell out, at least on the pages we opened, is how many points you earn, what they are worth or when they lapse. Membership benefits, app features and delivery coverage are managed by the retailer and are not uniform everywhere. Confirm the details with your local store before you rely on them. Search interest also includes spar nigeria app, which suggests shoppers want to know whether the app is the quicker way to see deals; open the store listing in your app store and read the description before you install.

Spar Nigeria online shopping and delivery

Online ordering is a real topic here. SPAR International reported that the Nigerian business moved to online ordering with home delivery during the 2020 lockdown. In August 2024, ThisDay reported a partnership with Glovo covering the group's Lagos and Abuja outlets, building on a pilot that started in November 2023. The sparnigeria.com headline repeats that partnership. Delivery fees, minimum baskets and coverage areas can change, so use the app or website at checkout rather than any figure you saw in an old news story.

Spar Nigeria gift card, price list and other things shoppers ask

Typed searches include spar nigeria gift card, spar nigeria price list and spar nigeria products and prices. The product range reported by SPAR International for the Abuja hypermarket covers groceries, bakery, fresh produce, meat, frozen foods, wine and spirits, food-to-go, electronics, home appliances, computers, mobile devices and health and beauty items, so it is a one-stop format and not a pure grocer.

Returns, complaints and your rights

How a return, refund or price-adjustment request is handled depends on the retailer's policy and on local consumer rules. Read the conditions at the till or on the receipt, and keep proof of purchase. If a problem is not resolved, Nigeria's consumer regulator, the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, operates under the 2018 FCCPA and lets people file and track a complaint on its online portal.

Compare Spar with other Nigerian supermarkets

If you are comparing weekly booklets, the CMart Supermarket catalogue this week is a much smaller Lagos operation, while the Justrite supermarket offers this week page covers a south-west chain with many neighbourhood stores. For a wider view, go to the Nigeria supermarkets offers hub or start again from the Nigeria weekly offers homepage. Spar is best treated as a bigger-basket destination in major cities, so plan your trip around the nearest branch and its hours.
