Prince Ebeano Supermarket Offers This Week

Prince Ebeano Supermarket: from Shomolu to Abuja and Ontario

Some chains are born in a boardroom. This one grew from a single shop. According to a Nairametrics profile of co-owner David Ojei, he started Ebeano Supermarket in 1999 with a first outlet in Shomolu, Lagos, then added Gbagada and Ikota. In 2009 he joined forces in a 50-50 partnership with his uncle and mentor Sunday Egede, merging Egede's De Prince Supermarkets with Ebeano to form Prince Ebeano. The July 2026 Nairametrics round-up of Nigeria's largest supermarket chains lists nine stores, and notes a store in St. Catharines, Ontario, opened in December 2021. The company's own site states a vision to become the preferred retail chain in Nigeria and West Africa.

Where are the branches? A Guardian report on the tenth anniversary, seen in search results, named Admiralty Way and Chevron Drive in Lekki, Oniru, Ikota in Ajah, Isheri, Magodo, Gbagada and Isaac John in Ikeja GRA, plus Lokogoma in Abuja. That list is from 2019, so confirm any address before you drive across Lagos. The homepage itself says only that the chain is in more locations and points to a Find a Store link.

Prince Ebeano Supermarket opening hours, including Sunday

Hours are the question people type most: prince ebeano opening time sunday, prince ebeano supermarket opening hours, does prince ebeano open on sundays. Good news, the official homepage answers it. Monday to Saturday it shows 8:00am to 9:30pm, and Sunday 12 noon to 9:00pm. We read that on 22 October 2026. The same page also lists phone lines with a 24/7 call note, which is a contact promise and not the shop opening time. Holiday periods may differ, so ring ahead if you are travelling on a public holiday.

Prince Ebeano catalogue this week: what we hold

Our scan is the Prince Ebeano Supermarket Catalogue starting 1 October 2026, valid 1 to 31 October 2026, six pages. Start and end dates change with each edition; check the validity line on the catalogue you are reading before you plan a shopping trip. Compare the booklet with the website's own deal sections, which are labelled Top Deals Everyday, Best Prices and Offers, and Everyday Deals for Every Family. The site also advertises a Village Market shopping day every Saturday, which may suit shoppers who like fresh produce on a weekend run. We hold no price data, so the booklet pages are the only guide to what is on sale.

Gift cards, vouchers and saving at Prince Ebeano

The homepage has a Buy Gift Card link and presents vouchers as a flexible way to give a shop-anywhere present. Which rewards, app functions and delivery services apply depends on the branch and the area. Check the store's own app or the notice at the till to see what applies where you shop. The honest summary: gift cards and vouchers are documented; a points scheme is not.

One more practical point for a mixed trolley: the homepage trending section features baby formula and a steam iron side by side, which shows the stores stock household goods as well as groceries. Treat the website as a showcase, check stock labels, and plan a visit around the booklet dates instead of assuming every advertised line is on the shelf the same day.

Prince Ebeano delivery and online shopping

Searches such as prince ebeano supermarket delivery show demand. The quickest check is a call to one of the numbers on the homepage, 09157294213, 08084065686 or 09157294187.

Rights, returns and complaints

How a return, refund or price-adjustment request is handled depends on the retailer's policy and on local consumer rules. Read the conditions at the till or on the receipt, and keep proof of purchase. Keep receipts, check dates on packaged food and raise problems at customer service on the day. If you are still stuck, the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, which operates under the 2018 FCCPA, has an online complaints portal where you can file and track a case.

Other supermarkets to compare in Lagos and Abuja

Compare the booklet with the Justrite catalogue this week, the Spar offers this week page for a hypermarket format, and the Supermart weekly offers. For the whole market, open the Nigeria supermarkets hub or head back to the Nigeria weekly offers homepage. If you are choosing between chains, hours may decide it: a late Sunday opening at noon is useful for after-church shopping, but not for an early morning errand.
